Need transportation for the recent retreat? Submit a transportation request and pay a $25 nonrefundable deposit. The deposit will be applied toward your transportation package quote. Once your request is received will contact you with available transportation options, and pricing based on your needs.

When do I learn the exact venue address?

Full venue details are emailed once your registration is complete and confirmed.

Is transportation included?

Not included. You can add a transportation request at checkout with a $25 deposit. If you choose to book an individual transportation package, the deposit is applied toward your quote.

Are payment plans available?

Yes — choose Pay in Full or a 3-installment payment plan at checkout.

What do I need at check-in?

A valid government-issued ID. All guests must be 21 or older.

What is the response time for email inquiries?

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to emails.

When does registration close?

Registration closes according to the following schedule for safety and security purposes:

Retreats: 15 days before the event

Luxe Create: 21 days before the event

Competition: 21 days before the event

The registration countdown follows the applicable closing schedule.
